send2clan.dll for chatter

I downloaded Chatter today and tried running it. Saw lots of errors, so I tried "Double-clicking on an error line [to] launch CLAN (in the case of Macintosh and Windows) to load the CHAT file and highlight the line at which the error was detected. "

I get the following "couldn't find send2chat.dll" message.  Tried looking for tips in CLAN & CHAT Manuals and in http://talkbank.org/software/chatter.html but maybe am not looking the right way?

this is in a laptop that has a Windows 7 OS, CLAN 03-May-2012 16:00, Java 6

Franklin has fixed this problem. He says new CHATTER is on web site. Please, give it a try.

i deleted my old CHATTER, then downloaded a new one just now (Chatter 1.0-alpha-112 (Java 1.6.0_32) and tried again. i'm sorry, but the same problem comes up.

i put CHATTER in the CHILDES folder... should i be putting it somewhere else?
