machine ballots in Texas to A MANUAL COUNT. That's right. Hard as it is to
believe, it's right there in the Texas statute plain as day, along with
another hundred or so references to manual recount:
§ 212.005. Multiple Recounts on Same Office or Measure
(d) A manual recount shall be conducted in preference to an electronic
recount and an electronic recount using a corrected program shall be
conducted in preference to an electronic recount using the same program as
the original count.

So it's the best way in Texas, but not in Florida? And what is the deal with

laws that Chicago has. I was also tired of getting my car broken into.
Anyway, what about the rudeness that I get here. What does that say about
Chicagoans? And it goes further than these last posts. Pete described this
as a sharp news group with a lot of people fucking with each other, but I
kind of think of it as trying to find love in hell - impossible. I
experienced the same shit while taking classes at Northwestern. The same
shit. Punks that were so fucking rude it wasn't funny. Chicagoan's that
claimed never to be racists, only later when started their own .coms, never
hired anyone but white folk. Thing is most of 'chicagoans' are fucking rude.
Rude driving in the city, rude when boating. I will tell you that no matter
what, you can always spot a Chicagoan boating. Whenever in Washington Port
or Green Bay, there is always some asshole from Chicago that will run down
some poor Wisconsinite or whoever, yelling and swearing. Anyway, to tell you
the truth I spent maybe a total of 8 years in the Chicago land area. I lived
in Okinawa when in the Marine Corps and I was raised in Nigeria and Belgium
when I was a kid. Why do you think I am so bitter at the Democrats? Because
I lost my grand dad to the uprising of 1980 in Poland. Fucking Soviets
decided to beat the crap out of an 80 year old man - just because he had a
fucking poster hanging in front of his store. I swore that I will uphold the
constitution of this country because it's the last place left where freedom
can be achieved. You get people like Janet Reno and Bill in the office and
realize how close we are all to losing it. What pisses me off even more is
that there is NO patriotism in Chicago whatsoever. Most take Daley's Gestapo
tactics without a fight. I will never forget when I was arrested because I
went to Diversey area lake shore area after hours (1130pm). I put up a stink
and the copper put me away. Case was dismissed, they gave me a bullshit
excuse about how gangs and crime is why these rules exist. Benjamin Franklin
summed it up best when he said that if you sacrifice freedom to attain
security you deserve neither. I will never change my views. I will defend
the constitution because to me it means a lot more than to most of you
fucks. Fuck it... On the bright side I am quite a pleasant fellow.
