Mexicans are sexual predators just like blacks. No baby girl is
safe around either of them.
A Highland Park man has been charged with five counts of
predatory criminal sexual assault on allegations he attacked a
12-year-old girl, according to police.
Victor De Yta-Morales, 43, of the 600 block of Glenview Avenue,
was taken into custody in the early morning hours of May 9,
according to Highland Park Deputy Police Chief George
Pfutzenreuter.
Pfutzenreuter said the mother of the girl had called police to
report the incident shortly after midnight that same day.
Subsequently, he said, detectives questioned De Yta-Morales.
“This is a situation in which the house has different families
living in it,” Pfutzenreuter said. He did not know what time
frame may have been involved in the five counts leveled against
De Yta-Morales.
The girl was interviewed at the Lake County Children’s Advocacy
Center in Gurnee, and the Department of Children and Family
Services was notified, Pfutzenreuter said. The girl, who is not
a relative of De Yta-Morales, also was examined by a physician.
De Yta-Morales was taken to a bond hearing in Lake County
Circuit Court, officials said, but it was not immediately clear
at what amount bond was set or whether he was released on bond.
