no I don't just strand pull. I was wondering if anyone had the book
mentioned & whether it was worth adding to my library.
That was some hardcore mace swinging mate, I was impressed, that kind
of leverage shows you've got some strength overcoming those forces
when you swing something like that. For those who've not tried any
form of swinging [now that sounds rude :-) ] having the weight hanging
off the far end of a bar REALLY makes a massive difference to the
amount you can handle. Try this. Put a small disc on one end of a
barbell, now hold onto the other & try to lever it up. Too hard? Ok,
try to lever the empty bar up then...still tricky? That's the type of
forces you have to overcome when you swing those things about!
