Long time no see indeed :)
Well, the machine where my CP server is running was indeed infected by a
worm, the machine was cleaned up and the worm removed but I suspect not
completely to be honest. Moreover the same application has been running
on a different machine with no issue whatsoever (but with a different
set of users that don't use the application in the same way).
In any case, it would be interesting to gather informations regarding
such problems for others.

The system is in our client’s site and this client is our country’s ministry of defense. I cannot format all clients’ machines and it’ll be a big surprise if there is a malware in the local network (not connected to the internet).
