Ticket #65 - Added the ExposeItems utility class to cherrypy.lib

Hi all,

As a solution to the ticket #65 I've implemented a ExposeItems utility
class. It's a simple workaround. Because that's my first totally
brand-new addition to the library I thought it was a good idea to let
you all know, and to check if it was appropriate. If not, we can
simply remove it...
