Hello everybody,
For people who would use Elgg (Opensource Social CMS) on Cherokee,
you'll find the appropriate way to put rewrite rules for this CMS here
:
http://labs.edgepoint.fr/cherokee/elgg/

As Elgg doesn't see the web server you're using, when the rewrite
rules are put, you can then launch the installation
by bypassing the server check using the following url :
http://yourserver/install.php?step=database

This is working on the last release of Elgg, http://elgg.org/, v 1.8.0.1

A lot of thanks @ Skinkie & hylje who have helped me on Cherokee &
Cherokee Rewriting to make this work

Regards,
Thomas

Great job :). Have you test it with 1.7.11? I would look forward this
in the next couple of weeks to do my testings.

Rafael

Hi Rafael,
Not looked into that at this moment but I'll give it a look today.
