Hi,
We are working on a product which largely depends on the prompt delivery of
transactional SMS to the customers. We talked with several SMS gateway
providers and tested their service, but no one seems to provide very prompt
and efficient SMS delivery service.

Meanwhile banks like Citibank & AmEx rely heavily on their SMS delivery for
OTP (One Time Password) & it works for them all the time. I would like to
know more about SMS gateway's these banks use, whether they use some
premium providers, they have their own SMS gateway or there is something
else we need to explore. Any pointer or contact (direct or indirect) will
be greatly appreciated.
