To Reduce Flex Appl loading Time

Hi All,

       I am developed Image Gallery Flex  Application with Dynamic Data from Excel file . It's take more time for initial loading and image loading.I want to reduce these loading time.
 What i do? Any Solution... pls Reply ASAP.
