Nice machine and setup. Thanks for the link. I will read over your material further shortly.  I haven't done much blogging as of yet but I might try to get something of a site up about my own equipment and designs. I am pretty busy with my day job but I am going to find some way to allocate more time on the pursuit of this development and work. I used to do lot of embedded systems work and engineering but have been moved into more of a desk-jockey

position for past 5 years. About time to get back to getting my hands dirty and doing what I enjoy with development and application work.

Do you have any test result with some resin? We can come to gather to
purchase some chemicals. One can mix it and deploy the resin in small
quantities to the others. We can use it for testing our hardware and
share the output with the community. I am ready to pay my share. Is
there anybody out there with a chemistry background to prepare the
resin?

I am in process of getting a suitable chemical brew together. Have the
most fortunate circumstance of convenient local access to a very
knowledgeable chemist who is a resin and polymer specialist who is
willing to talk and idea share to any degree that doesn't directly
interfere with or hamper his business. He and I are consolidating
thoughts and knowledge base to arrive at more sensible cost and
purchase option than Sigma Aldrich etc. for source of the chemical
components. Unfortunately as part of this process we are seeing that
this sort of chemistry and process is not going to be so cut and dry
or wash and wear as Junior and his site and blog are promoting things.
The Sudan dye and most other suitable dyes or chromo-selective photo
initiator are usually toxic and carcinogenic and need to be handled
with caution. The two part monomer brew components are also chemicals
that require caution and sensibility with regards to handling and use
also. There are potential alternatives to use lesser toxic and more
friendly mixtures and such but I am not thoroughly read up or versed
on their actual chemistries and pitfalls or issues as of yet. It is
foreseeable to be able to produce multiple liters volume batches of
the photo initiated or activated resin mixtures for less than couple
hundred dollars when you are able to purchase through access of
commercial sales source routes and there are obviously other
alternative routes on chemistry and composition to still be studied. I
am not so optimistic as to see Mr. Veloso deliver the goods on his
promised offerings and criteria particularly on the polymer or resin
compounds as a viable product for reasons of both economic and safety
issues. I believe that Mr Veloso is going to have to learn some
serious lessons the hard way by trying to do-it-all per say and expect
to market and profit from a proprietary geared business model,
products and activity or distributions scheme. Either he will have to
compromise safety and/or performance somewhere or risk some rather
horrendous lawsuits and pitfalls from materials safety and handling
management issues or he is going to completely piss off or drive away
much or all of his following once the realistic bottom line of costs
and practices is outlined and achieved. I am not deterred or stating
anything to negate or stop anyone's work and progress in this venture.
I am going to plan and proceed with caution and sensibility as to
goals and expectations especially after several conversations and
extensive details analysis with the aforementioned professional career
chemist. It is fully possible and achievable to do some ground
breaking and successful work in a group such as this group and forum
is involved in.

unfortunately it's not that that easy,The chemicals is not that cheap
to ship and some are almost impossible.
If any of you guys can shed more light on this, as far as price
shipping etc. and availability that would be great.
Sigma aldrich is hard to deal with. I found that CYTEC are by far the
best and give out free samples too.
