I've used Freedom 45 Spot-On for Dogs LARGE (3 MONTH) It's $6.49
for three tubes from entirelypets on the internet

It is 45% permethrin (.1oz) and is recommended by the CDC for

I've used it for years on all my dogs and found it very effective
for ticks and fleas

I've discovered that you can buy 10% permethrin much more cheaply
and the comparable dosage would be .45oz (13.5cc). The cost is
about $1 for three treatments
