It is that time again, time to get to work on our biggest fund-raising project of the year...

...the Annual Spring Gala and Silent Auction!

The Spring Gala committee will have their first meeting of the year on:

Tuesday, December 13

6:00 pm

Home of Mike and Ann Small

2014 Byrnebruk Dr. in Lincolnshire Fields

We need EVERYONE to actively volunteer and take part in this very important event.

The more people we have involved, and the earlier we get started, the better event we will have.

Please plan to come out to this meeting and get ready to help out our band.

The Band Gala and Auction Committee apologizes for not consulting the calendar before scheduling this meeting.

This IS the same night as the December concert.

A new night will be scheduled and all will be alerted of the change.
