Our Highway Department has swept the roads that have been chip sealed
this year. These sweepings are of no use to the town as the stone has
been pulverized by road traffic. I am making these sweepings
available to all Chaplin residents. Since it is fall, there will be
some leaves mixed in. If you would like some of this material, it is
