ChangeCamp is propagating & strat session Tuesday

Vancouver ChangeCamp people held their first meeting this week, Ottawa
people are getting together Monday, a small team is starting the ball
rolling in Montreal and Edmonton people are now catching the
ChangeCamp fever.

Each of these cities will probably organize on separate Google Groups,
but we hope to be able to host and support their efforts on the wiki:

can follow along and participate in the strategic planning for what's
next for ChangeCampTO and how ChangeCamp.ca can become an enabling
framework for this emerging community of communities across the
country.
