I will send out conference details on Friday, providing both a web
conference option with video via Adobe Connect and a dial-in teleconference
option.

I am looking for volunteer convener/hosts in Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal,
Edmonton and Halifax volunteers to offer a space to get people together in
the same room locally if at all possible to minimize the number of
simultaneous web/voice connections and to maximize the face-to-face
opportunity.

3 ChangeCamps, 3 Stories: Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver (10 min each):
* how it happened
* what happened on the day
* what resulted from it
Future ChangeCamp cities - intros and planning status
What do organizers need? Tools, platforms, knowledge, skills, advice?
Discussion: What is the purpose/role of a ChangeCamp? What is it not?
