Center Component
•    Strong knowledge of SQL and the ALM schema (Oracle knowledge strongly
preferred)
•    Intermediate to expert Visual Basic programming
•    Knowledge of REST APIs (both ALM native and REST APIs in general)
•    Knowledge of the ALM OTA APIs a plus
