OpenAL 1.14

Since the OpenAL software has not been rebuilt since July 2010, and the 1.14
version seems to be out[1], I am considering upgrading it and rebuilding all
the applications that depend on it (in testing, of couse).

So, anyone not in favor? Reasons? Any previous attempt to upgrade to this
version with catastrophic consecuences?
