qt 4.8.3 issue

Hi,
seems some patch is required, but seems no public patch.

See the last comment. But that may be not perfect solution.

At least on my machine, any qt application link to qt script may crash
after some time (since sse2 is involved, and from that link, it maybe
cpu specific).

BTW downgrade to 4.8.2 works for me.
