Subject: Tribe partitionmanager NG - take n^2

Hello people,

By the time I write this mail, you all have realized that the KPart of
partitionmanager simply does not work. So I intend to settle this once for
all: I will develop a frontend in the partition page using partitionmanager's
library. That's the only way to get something that works without the side
effects.

Now, please let some mockups flow before I start :)
