Has anyone used the Helicon URL Rewriting DLL with CFWheels?
http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/

Any pointers or examples for setting this up are much appreciated! My
Server
Admin insists on using the Helicon product.

as far as i'm aware, their url rewriter takes the same commands
as .htaccess. in theory you should just be able to copy the stuff in
the .htaccess file included with wheels into their file.
