NPE's or Table 'kalendar.tblKalendarCategories' doesn't exist

Hi all,
I've successfully installed Kalendar on my local machine installed and
can use all functions (CF8 Developer Edition). I've now uploaded to
the live server (also CF8). I've created the MySql database and can
view both tables and their structure via phpMyAdmin. I've changed the

Is it possible to display an ICON next to the text for a calendar
event in the Kalendar grid? My user wants to flag events of a
specific category with a special ICON. Any suggestions?
Can I use the FCKEditor to do that?

Hello,
I updated the fckconfig.js per the instructions by adding the
EventDescription code. However, upon adding an event, I get a popup
message that says "Toolbar set EventDescription doesn't exist". The
code is there in the js file and uploaded to the site. Any ideas?

Importing events from sql table

Hi
I see in the admin section there is an import events option - but in
iCal and Outlook CSV format. I have current events on the site i am
working on in a SQL 8.0 table.
Can convert that table to one of these options? if so, how?
