Error when verifying derbytest....

I am getting an error when I try to verify the derbytest database.

The error is: java.net.ConnectException : Error opening socket to
server localhost on port 1527 with message : Connection refused:
connect

Everything has worked until now.....

I entered the settings just as the instructions said in part 2.

Any ideas?

Are you running a firewall? If so, disable it. What operating system
are you running?
