blank ColdFusion file ... but it's not!

I'm using CFEclipse version 1.3.1.5
when I try to open a CF file this is displayed :
You are opening a read only file . You will not be able to make or
save any changes.
[Ok] [Make writable]
and the file appears to be in blank!
and that doensn't happen with for example , C or C++ files...

Your file has to be part of a project. Similar posts exist on this topic in the group.
