Experiments in CFEclipse

As people have been talking of re-building cfeclipse (or the parser at
any rate) either in DLTK or Aptana, I would suggest (and urge maybe?)
for people to give Aptana a go:

They have a lot of things for BUILDING and integrating stuff together.
I might create some repo locations with my results

Ideally each part of the editor, views etc, would have their own
plugins so its a bit more broken apart. We can now do this since its
all grouped by a feature.
