Does this make any sense? Why can't I get line numbers, etc, when I
open the file from the File view? I need to use file view because
that is where my FTP sites are, and that is where my project shortcuts
are.
PS - I have verified that "Show line numbers" is checked for CFECLIPSE
preferences and Editors preferences.
What is your setup?
Aptana w/CFEclipse plugin?
Eclipse w/Aptana & CFEclipse plugin?
Was it working with a previous version of Aptana or is this a fresh
install?
Jim
See if that solves your problem for line numbers as for outline, I am
not sure.

On my XP Pro machine, sometimes a breakpoint will work, and sometimes it
won't. Sometimes a reboot of the machine will fix the problem, temporarily
at least. Sometimes I can break on something up-stream and step to the point
of interest, but this doesn't always work as sometimes after a step, app and
debugger go unresponsive.
If FusionDebug try the FusionDebug group @ http://groups.google.com/group/fusiondebug
. They are really swell guys. Usually fast, friendly and thorough.
Best Regards,
Mike
I'm not using FusionDebug, but the the one that you get by installing the
plug-in from Adobe. I fussed with FusionDebug for a while but never got it
to work at all.
Open up the File view under Aptana (Window>Show View>Other...>Aptana
Views>File).
Open up any cfm or cfc file from this view (project shortcuts, ftp, or
local files).
I get no line numbers and no options to enable them. My Outline view
also does not populate.
I get this on both of my computers, as does one of my co-workers.

if not, I shall have a look, but go to Windows -> Prefereneces and
look for the editor settings and CFEclipse settings to set the line
numbers.

I downloaded a fresh version of Europa, and updated to CFEclipse
1.3.1.6 (with CFUnit and CFFrameworks). I started with -clean and
still get errors. When I try to load the perspective it
says...'Problems opening perspective
'org.cfeclipse.cfml.perspective.CFML'. I can select and create a new
CF Project but when I try to create a cfml page I get ' The selected
wizard could not be started. Reason:Plug in
org.cfeclipse.cfml.wizards.cfmlwizard.NewCFMLWizard (unsupported minor
version 49.0) My Eclipse3.2 version (on a separate virtual disk) is
also not working. I changed the plugin.xml and features.xml to
version 1.3.1.6 . -clean start but still no cfml perspective.
