Hi

 

I am searching for a reliable and non overly expensive CF Hosting Solution for my Personal Safety Monitoring portal I am developing.

 

The server needs to have a 90%+ uptime SLA as the users of the system have their mobile devices send event data to the server which then issues alerts where appropriate

Try FastHit or AusTiger if you want AU based?

In regards to the open server ports you will most likely find though that your only option is a virtual private server or your own cloud-based setup.
