Anyone out there using VoIP for whole school telephony? If so what solution with what provider and are you satisfied?

Can NCTE broadband be used for VoIP under T&Cs?

Thanks and Happy Easter

Yes, we are using VOIP for the whole school with success.

I will respond offline if anyone would like to contact me directly with details.

Kind regards,
Steve.

Hi Steven,

I’d be interested in hearing what you’re using and how you find it if you could keep it on-list?

Thanks,

John

Hi all,

After a couple of requests to "come public", we are using Blueface (www.blueface.ie) for a whole school telephony solution.

I would recommend them as we have found them easy to deal with, their phones replaced our very old PABX system and come pre-configured.  Blueface manage any configuration changes remotely.

The sales team can be contacted on 01-5242005 where Ger Doherty can organise a non-obligatory survey, if there are further questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

Kind regards,
Steve.

I've used Blueface at home for several years, and find their support excellent. You don't have to change your number.
