Nice one John. Wouldn't it be fantastic if it happened. 

He mentions it at 5"57' to be precise, for teachers with little time to spare :-) 

I wonder how the few schools that already got the 100mb broadband are putting it to use?

Do you have that email where someone had attached on information that
was sent to principals in relation to the levels of access to websites
by the NCTE?

Level 3 - the default in most schools - allows twitter as far as I know.
