Hi All,
Our school has been notified that our broadband connection is being changed from a wired to a wireless connection. I have no experience with line of sight broadband but presumed it would be a step backwards.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of connection?

Can be good or bad depending on the provider. I have used a digiweb
los connection that was giving me a consistant 5Mbps rock solid. I
went from that to a cabled connection (Chorus) and while it was good
the DNS servers were flakier, so the wireless was a better connection
in this case.

Can be hit and miss.
