CESI Meet: Call for Presenters
The
Computers in Education Society of Ireland (CESI) is now calling for
presenters for its CESI Meet which will take place on Friday, 5
February, in the Heritage Hotel, Portlaoise.
Many of you will be
familiar with the “Teach meet” format of this event from previous CESI
Meet evenings. It offers teachers an opportunity to hear about a wide
variety of ICT related topics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. See
http://www.cesi.ie/cesimeet-autumn09Presentations will take the following format:
Mini-presentation: 5 minutes
Soap Box: 15 minutes (these run concurrently to smaller interest groups)
Nano-presentation: 2 minutes
If you are interested in presenting at the CESI Meet, please email your proposal consisting of the following:
* Presentation title and length, i.e. 1, 5 or 15 minutes.
* A brief description of the presentation
* Any special equipment that might be need for the presentation
* Complete contact information
* Brief biography
