Free online sound and music editor

Hi Folks,
Just following on from a previous post, I've just discovered Aviary
Myno - a free sound and music editor that works online.
No installation required and you can upload and download tracks to it.
It also contains some free sound effect libraries - a very powerful
tool!

Using it at the moment in my HDip for Digital Story Telling.

Small word of warning, used for 4th Year Radio project and at the end it crashed on a few machines and I lost most of the work done. Lovely software though. Sometimes offline is better ;)

Most definitely agree - fine on your own but add 28 more Internet
hoggs and watch the fun begin!

Have you tried using Audacity, it is a very powerful open source (free) audio editing program that allows you to record multiple tracks using a single input source or multiple input sources and to mix these tracks into a professional mono or stereo output track. Worth a look
