New Amazon Kindle

Hi,

I really like the new Amazon Kindle, price point is low enough for
schools too, with the WiFi version starting at $139.

I'm really tempted by this myself (£109 on www.amazon.co.uk/kindleWi-Fi
). Available for pre-order, shipping in late August. If anyone on the
list gets one please let me know.

Sorry, Google Groups seems to have murdered the link. I guess you need
to prefix with http:.... so that should have been http://www.amazon.co.uk/kindleWi-Fi

Just tried to order it via UK- not shipping to Ireland and ordering it via the US comes in at €193.58 which takes the gloss off it somewhat. I guess it's back to using personal contacts in the UK or US to bring it in.
