On CERR, I fused a CT study (plan1) with a dose distribution (plan2) and I saved all together after alignement, discarding anatomical
images related to plan2, so the new plan has plan1-images and plan2-dose. I reload the new plan on CERR without any misalignement between anatomical images and dose images. But, surprisingly, when I load the new-plan on DIRART the anatomical
and dose images are displaced similar to the pre-fusion status on CERR (despite it doesn't occurs on CERR if saved, as I said). It seems that there are two centers of alignement, and one center used byCERR and the other one used by DIRART.
Could someone help me to solve the problem, because it precludes any dose deformation.
Thanks in advance
