CT scan not visible when loading in a PLUNC plan

Hi,
I was trying to load in a plan generated from PLUNC platform.
Structures (contours), doses are fine, but the CT scan is not loaded
in properly. When the loading finished, I saw a window with red bars
saying "Creation of uniformized CT scan and structures". I checked the
CT scan, the slice thickness is uniform. What did I do wrong here?
I am using PLUNC version 6.8.16, CERR version 3.3 Beta 1 18-NOV-2009,
and MATLAB version 7.9.0 (R2009b). Many thanks,
