Interested in working in an established XP shop that has been recognized by industry experts such as David Hussman, J.B. Rainsberger and the authors of Specification by Example?

We're seeking passionate, talented software developers to pair with. Iowa Student Loan is a private nonprofit organization whose mission is to help Iowa students and families obtain the resources necessary to succeed in postsecondary education.

We are also pursuing continuous delivery and automated deployments and are hiring people with experience or interest in DevOps.

Tech Stack includes: Java, Groovy, Scala, IntelliJ, Teamcity, Maven, JUnit, Mockito, FitNesse, Spring, Javascript, JQuery, REST

We have five small teams and would like to add a member to each team.
We have a grass-roots XP adoption that started nearly a decade ago and has support from executives and business.
A large majority of the applications in production have been developed using agile practices.
