Word 2010 64 bit

Hi, I have downloaded and installed Cenopdf for use with Word 2010 64
bit, but I cant find it on the ribbon.

Can anyone help?

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I assume you have downloaded the 64-bit version CeonPDF from our web site:
http://www.lystech.com/download-pdf-form-tool.aspx

Another customer also reported that the 64-bit version does not work for
him. We are still investigate the issue. I will keep you updated.

I am sorry for the late response.

We have investigated this issue but we are not able to reproduce the
problem. CenoPDF works fine in our 64-bit Word 2010.

Can you tell me what the build number of your Word 2010 64-bit is?

Hi

I have an apology to make, I have just checked my system and Word Version, I
have a 64 bit system, but word is 32bit, I believed I had loaded the 64 bit
version.

Sorry, but it seems to have been my error in loading your 64 bit version, I
have now loaded 32 bit and it is working fine.
