Hi again,

I have another issue...I first downloaded my trial version from
Download [dot] com (v 3.1.35). After I noticed the issue I talked
about in my previous post, I checked to see if there was maybe an
updated version (after I paid for my key); and there is. However,
Download [dot] com does not have it yet and the file on your site does
not work (and apparently has not been working for a while now as you
have the note there to that affect).

My questions are as follows - for something that cost $40 (well,
$39.95, but hey! - and I am well aware that it is much more affordable
than the main solution for this, but if it does not work properly then
$1.00 is too much!) however, back to my point...why have you not done
one of the following:

1. Made sure the alternative site you recommend for proper
downloading has the most recent version?? or,
2. Fixed what ever is wrong with the download from your own site??

I hope someone has a satisfactory answer for this one!

Thanks for the comments. We appreciate it.

We rent the web hosting from an Internet service provider. We also reported
this downloading problem to them. Let's see how they can fix it. We actually
have never had problem to download and install it. This should be a
connection issue in certain condition.

Could you tell me if you were able to finish the download from our website
without any error? but you cannot install it? Or it failed in the middle of
downloading progress?

As for the download.com update issue, we did submit the new software to them
yesterday. Usually it takes a few days for them to review and post on their
website.

Again, I am sorry for all the trouble.

OK, understood. What happened for me is the file downloaded but it
showed a size less than the 36.4 MB's you show on your site (it was
roughly 29 MB - not sure of the exact number as I have deleted it
already). And when I attempted to install it, nothing at all
happened. Windows brought up the Administrator dialog box, I allowed
it to run, and nothing ever happened. I tried it about 4 times then I
remembered the size message from your site.
