We rent the web hosting from an Internet service provider. We also reported
this downloading problem to them. Let's see how they can fix it. We actually
have never had problem to download and install it. This should be a
connection issue in certain condition.
Could you tell me if you were able to finish the download from our website
without any error? but you cannot install it? Or it failed in the middle of
downloading progress?
As for the
download.com update issue, we did submit the new software to them
yesterday. Usually it takes a few days for them to review and post on their
website.
Again, I am sorry for all the trouble.
