Issues merging PDF's with either PDF reDirect or PDFsam

When I am trying to merge a large number of Ceno created PDF's into
one document using either PDF reDirect or PDFsam the filled in parts
of the forms do not get displayed in the newly created document. When
I tick 'PDF document contains forms' when using Pdfsam it only takes
the first files input fields and then duplicates them in all the
remaining forms. Any ideas on how to merge these Ceno created PDF's???
