Note appears in exported PDF form but not in MSWord?

Mysteriously, a CenoPDF note I inserted into an MSWord document is no
longer visible there, so I cannot edit it, but it does appear in the
exported PDF version?

I cannot upload an attachment here so I am supplying screen captures.
I can send copies of the files via separate email on request:

BTW, thanks for the awesome product! I have been playing with a trial
version and I'm presently seeking $ approval from my manger to
purchase licenses. As an instructional designer, I'm running a trial
on using CenoPDF to merge a lengthy form with a user's manual - I
think this tool is brilliant for this purpose!
