Multi Line text box

It would be nice (if possible) to have a multi-line text box that
would auto adjust the line height as more lines are added.

The user is entering the Name and Street Address. Most of the time
its just one line, but there are times when a multi-line name or
address is needed. But I really don't want to leave the empty space
when its not needed.

If you set the font to Auto and check the Multiline and Do Not Scroll,
you can partially make this happen.
