text field position

I am a new user trying to make a fillable form for my company quickly.
It is a lot slower than I had hoped. I thought I was near the end when
I exported to PDF and the text boxes were in completely different
positions than they appear to be when I am viewing the document in
Word. What might cause this?

I am sorry about this problem. Have you turned on the edit history? If you did, please turn it off. Also it is possible for you to send the Word document and PDF to us for troubleshooting?
