MessageValidationException

Hi Guys,

I have stumbled across a new problem, during testing on friday I was
able to successfully send an ebxml message to our partner, however
today when trying the same thing I am getting the following error.

I have tried putting in a value for the RefToMessageId element and
leaving it null but the error is exactly the same.

I am not sure I understand the purpose of the element, in my scenario
I am sending an initial request so there are no previous messages that
should be referenced.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Oh I was playing with this and managed to fix it, it did not like the
value of the action element to be capitalised, not sure yet if this is
going to be problem for me later or not.
