Also what is the price for the 1 bed or 2 bed condo units 40 sq mtrs +

Who looks after the letting arrangements if I want to rent out the unit.
Is it possible for me to live in one of these units
When will the Tower be completed, and what would normally happen if I wanted to sell it in 3-5 years
