Problems with plugin manager and in macros after install ccTiddly 1.8.5

Hi, i'm using this platform to run ccTiddly 1.8.5:
Apache/2.2.0 (Win32) - mod_rewrite is on
PHP/5.2.4
MySql 5.0.24a

I followed instructions in readme.txt and after all I checked
http://localhost:8080/

I got the following warnings and errors:

Is something wrong with this version? Or maybe I did something wrong?
Please, help me out with this issue.

Actually, the main issue is not those php warnings, but all macros,
that are not working.

Yes you can hide those notices and warnings by tweaking you web server config.

It sounds a problem with windows, I have created a ticket:

I will make sure this is fixed for ccTiddly 1.9 release which I hope to work on soon.
