Hi Everyone,

For our Skype conference call, I suggest the following agenda:

1. Matters arising from our 2009 Action Plan Statement (kindly refer to the attachment for reference)

2. Collaborative projects with dotAsia and the proposed take-over of CreativeCommons.Asia (dotAsia has graciously given CC the URL CreativeCommons.Asia and had set up the place-holder website and is also interested in being involved in support efforts and events in the Asia region)

3. CC and CCi Plans for Asia (I need input for this from Joi, Mike or Michelle)

4. Other matters (which you may want to include in the agenda - please send me an email before hand)

The Skype call will take place on November 3, 2009 (Tuesday) at 5 pm (Manila time). Please check your local time to synchronize the call.

Thus far the following has confirmed to participate: (please note the Skype ID and add them to your account)

Those who have not yet sent in their Skype contact and would like to participate in the call, feel free to do so by email so I could make the Skype invitation. If you cannot join the call, but wish to express your thoughts, send me a separate email before 3 pm (Manila time) of November 3 and I will include your ideas in the discussion.

To ensure the best possible flow given that there might be several of us in the call and we can’t see each other, I will open a speakers list for each agenda item. Please send me a Chat message if you would like to speak to a particular item, or if you have any additional matters you would like discussed. I have been involved in Skype conference calls in the past which have descended into a jumble of noise, so best to keep it as structured as possible within reason.

My Berne and Mars will take note of everything that transpired and prepare the minutes for circulation to all concerned.
