[SyneRBI/SIRF] need to relax adjoint test for Gadgetron a bit more (#705)

AcquisitionModel is not adjoint, with normalized error of 0.0007574126729464901 (max: 0.0002)

There's nothing in #702 that causes this. The error is still tiny. @AnderBiguri can you relax this to 0.001?
