This isn't top priority, it's just that it was a bit frustrating that the screen locked so quickly - no need to completely disable the screen lock though. I wasn't sure why I couldn't change the default screen lock time from the user interface. In answer to another question, yes my cursor is big.

Is it related that I don't seem to be able to change the font colours in spyder? This is more annoying as it will not look good for projection at the forthcoming workshop.
