Update

Hello everyone,

Attached is an updated spreadsheet of food donations. We have a few
places we will need to fill in, and I'm waiting to hear back from Beth
about what kind of meals she would like for the elder suite.

Let's plan on meeting next Wednesday at 5:30 at the Planet. (There's an
Out in Westport meeting later that evening, so I moved this one up a
little. Sorry to make this a long evening for some of us.) :) We
should be pretty much finalizing our list of food and monetary donors
at this point so we can send that info to the Task Force. For those of
us who have gotten donations of food, we need to have the contact at
that restaurant/store fill out the attached form so that we have the
appropriate info. We can also leave a copy at the business for their
information. Let me know if you have questions about this, and bring
filled out forms to the meeting on Wednesday.

I should be able to make the meeting on Wed. Also, I could not open 2
of the attachments. I'm assuming one is the spreadsheet you gave me a
couple of days ago, and I have the donor form. I don't know what the
other doc was.

 Could we do next Wed Food meeting at 6pm? There is an Out in Westport meeting at 7pm and I know it involves a few from the Food Committee.
