Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, and
materials, and perform all operations necessary to remove existing
547 ton chiller, and replace it with a new 635 ton chiller,
including all necessary piping, training and manuals. Work to take
place in Building #1, at the Boiler Plant, at the Gillis W. Long
Hansen's Disease Center, Carville, LA. Estimated contract period is
180 calendar days. Estimated magnitude is from $200,000 to
$400,000. SIC Code is 1542. A non-refundable fee of $50 per set of
bid documents is required (company check or money order), made
payable to Department of Health and Human Services, and mail to
