hey hey!

Alright, the first one is a for a small shop in the West Loop. They need help building an iPad app from an existing web application. Something mid-level and above.  No rate but they need the person as of yesterday so keep that in mind. You can work remotely but they'd like to meet you and establish rapport before you work from home.

The next one is a consultancy firm downtown. This one is totally remote. The project is for a client where the app will scan in a wristband and get the corresponding info. I'm not sure but it sounds like either touching up an existing application or putting together a bunch of existing frameworks.

If you're interested in either, let me know off list at jacob at sushigrass.com.

This is also my first post since the new guidelines came into effect and I just want to let everyone know that I get 10% cut of all wages earned plus automatic rights to your firstborn's godparent rights.

No, I'm kidding. I don't take referral bonuses but generally chalk it up to keeping a good set of programmers in business instead of shipping the work somewhere else. Plus, it doesn't hurt, as a contractor, to get on the good side of people who know where to get a job in case you need one. So there, full disclosure.
